My name is Daniela Panigada Cook, you can call me ‘dpc.’ I was born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela to a couple of musicians. They taught me to play many instruments and eventually…I rebelled. I fell in love with Graphic Design in high-school, they called it ‘computer graphics’ and we made labels for soda cans. In 2008, I received by B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Indiana University.
Presently, I’m a freelance graphic designer in the adorable town of Bloomington, Indiana. I love helping new and small businesses develop their aesthetic and presence via a good brand strategy and custom design. I share a co-working space with a group of talented photographers, designers and web-devlopers, we are the 615 Collective. When I’m not at 615, I am working as the media & design director at Pictura Gallery.
I have future dreams of using art and design to do good in the world. I especially love working with kids and seeing how creativity can transform them. If you want to give your kids the gift of drawing, photography or graphic design lessons, I’m your gal. I would also love to illustrate a children’s book one day. If you want to create good things together, hit me up!
